Information about your order with Nisha Designs
All orders require 100% Balance upfront. Check, Wire Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If paying by credit card there will be additional surcharge charged.
Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 surcharge in addition to any bank charges. Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs that may accrue during collection process on delinquent accounts.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be authorized and will be credited to your account. There will be no cash refunds. Please notify us promptly if their are any changes to your contact information or shipping information.
No claims will be accepted if fabric has been cut, dyed or altered in any way. We do not advise or choose fabrics for your application.
Refused and returned orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping and handling charges.
Prices are FOB Glenwood Springs, Colorado and are subject to change without notice. Prices and terms apply at the time of shipping.
If you desire your orders to be delivered to locations other than the US or Canada, we will provide you with FOB China pricing if minimums of 1000 yards or more can be met..
AS LABELED, SOME FABRICS REQUIRE SCOUR PRIOR TO DYE.
HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IS USED FOR OUR SEMI-BLEACHED FABRICS.
PRE-SHRUNK DOES NOT MEAN FABRIC DOES NOT SHRINK. POSSIBLE SHRINKAGE REMAINING WARP 0-5% WEFT 0-3%
ALL KNIT FABRICS MUST REST BEFORE CUTTING. POSSIBLE SHRINKAGE REMAINING CAN BE 8/10%
SLIGHT WEAVE IMPERFECTIONS AND SHADE VARIATIONS ARE CHARACTERISTIC OF NATURAL FIBERS.
SHADE MARKING IS RECOMMENDED.
All fabrics are in stock; For larger quantity orders, production may be required.
PLEASE NOTE – With the increase in demand on sustainable products, the only way to ensure availability is to pre-order or project on your needs. Lead time required for fabric production can be up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.
