Weekly Spiritual Energy Guidance- October 12-16,2020- Lady Dyanna- Nisha Designs

The energy this week reminds you that you live in an increasingly global community. Your modern technology has made it possible for you to communicate instantly among yourselves, no matter where in the world you are. Whether you like it or not, you are all connected to one another. As Chief Seattle said, “Man did not weave the web of life. He is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.” You are more closely connected in “the web of life” than ever before in human history. And therefore, now – more than ever before – what even a single individual among you does affects every other human on the planet. The good of one is the good of all. The willingness to allow the differences while compassionately working toward the common good is the goal here. Fighting against the differences will only ensure more divisiveness. Accepting the differences while sincerely wanting the highest good for all is the only way you will ever ensure a truly connected world. A world where all are equal, all are accepted. A world where there truly is a sense of community.

Affirmation: I am aware that the good of one is the good of all.

Kirie Artist Carves Playful Narratives Into Tree Leaves- Nisha Designs

“Aquarium of Leaves”

A 34-year old artist who goes by the name Lito has been living with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) his entire life. Lito had been searching for an outlet where he could channel his above-normal levels of concentration and obsessiveness when he discovered the Japanese art of kirie (切り絵, literally ‘cut picture’). Earlier this year in January he began experimenting, not with paper, but with leaves.

“My Father’s Dragon”

According to a recent interview, leaves turned out to be an ideal medium for Lito as their decomposing nature forced him to work quickly. Over time he got faster and his daily creations, which he began posting to social media, became more intricate.

Following the standard kirie practice, each piece is always cut from a single leaf. But Lito always leaves traces of the leaf’s midrib, perhaps a sign of respect towards the leaf. Lito also always manages to imbue his creations with a playful narrative, one that is either inspired by film or books, or plucked from the artist’s own imagination.

“Even graffiti is a fine art – As drawing time begins, the colorful crayons start to move in unison. What a wonderful world is being created today.”

Hands are the antennas of our Soul- Elena Bernabe the wall of SanArte- Nisha Designs

′′ Grandma, how do you face pain?”

With your hands, baby. If you do it with your mind, instead of relieving pain, it gets even harder.

With the hands grandma?

Yes, our hands are the antennas of our soul.

If you move them by knitting, cooking, painting, playing or sinking them into the earth, you send signs of care to the deepest part of you. And your soul lights up, because you’re paying attention to it.

Then signs of pain will no longer be necessary.

Are hands really that important?

If my daughter, think of babies, they begin to know the world, thanks to the touch of their little hands.

If you look at the hands of old people, they tell you more about their life than any other part of the body.

Everything that is done by hand, is said to be made with the soul. Because it’s really like that, hands and soul are connected.

Think of lovers, when they touch hands, they make love in a sublime way.

My hands grandma… Long time haven’t worn them like this…

Move them my love, start creating with them and everything inside you will move.

The pain won’t pass.

And instead whatever you do with them, it will become the most beautiful masterpiece.

And it won’t hurt anymore.

Because you’ve been able to transform their essence.

Artist Bakes Lifelike ‘Succulent Cakes’ That Turn Prickly Plants Into Delicious Desserts- Nisha Designs

If you’re ready for the blistering cold to end, you’re not alone. We’ve found the perfect Springtime cakes that incorporate succulents and florals to make a decadent cake you’ll not only want to devour but simply can’t take your eyes off of.

Ivenovan, based in Jakarta, is the masterful bakery shop behind these succulent cupcakes and cakes made of buttercream frosting, powdered sugar, and food coloring.

The ultra-realistic floral cakes feature vines, leaves, needles, flowers, cacti, and other blooms that make for some of the most gorgeous cakes we’ve ever seen.

And the funny thing is, Ivenoven got its start with sugar cookies and a family’s passion for baking that was passed down to the next generation: a goddaughter.

“My baking passion and journey started one fine day when I was sneaking around in my godma’s house trying to look for her baking recipes, and maybe, just maybe, bring the recipes back home for my own collection,” write Ivenoven on their blog.

The bakery got its start in 2013 and originally began with cookies. The passion for baking and design grew robust and propelled the bakery into artisan cakes and treats becoming bigger every day.

What’s makes this bakery even better is the fact that all of the premium ingredients are sourced locally and internationally to preserve quality.

Ivenoven has attracted thousands of followers on Instagram from all over the world praising the cakes and begging for a stateside bakery who can replicate the work of this special bakery.
